Dear participants to the EAJRS conference in Norwich,

on behalf of the local organizers I would like to draw your attention to a couple of issues concerning the Norwich conference.

1. Participation to Thursday's Traditional dinner (Thursday 17th)We need to know in advance how many of you want to come to Thursday's Traditional dinner and we also need to know your choice about the menu, in case you take part to the Traditional Dinner. The choice is between a vegetarian menu (Mushroom and red onion tagliatelle with tallagio cheese, pesto cream and rocket) and non-vegetarian menu (Chicken Chasseur with seasonal vegetables). Please notice that the cost of the dinner is £25.00. The local organizers will collect this fee at the registration on Wednesday morning. A ticket for the dinner will be issued at that time and you will be requested to bring that ticket with you when you go to the dinner.

We kindly ask you to send an email letting us know your decision by September 8th to eajrssecretary@gmail.com and in CC to a.hirano@sainsbury-institute.org.

For the sake of convenience we would like to ask you to put as the subject of your email your surname, dinner yes / dinner no, vegetarian /non vegetarian and to put the same information in the corpus of the email. E.g.: SUBJECT "Moretti / dinner yes /vegetarian"; CORPUS OF THE EMAIL "Moretti / dinner yes / vegetarian".  

2) Participation to the coach trip to Cambridge (Friday 18th)We need to know in advance how many of you want to go on the coach trip to Cambridge on Friday, 18 September. Please note that there will be no fee for this trip and we would like to encourage as many of you as possible to go.  We kindly ask you to send a SEPARATE email letting us know your decision again by September 8th to eajrssecretary@gmail.com and in CC to a.hirano@sainsbury-institute.org.

For the sake of convenience we would like to ask you to put as the subject of your email your surname, coach trip yes / coach trip no and to put the same information in the corpus of the email. E.g.: SUBJECT "Moretti / coach trip yes"; CORPUS OF THE EMAIL "Moretti / coach trip yes". 

In total we kindly request you to send TWO SEPARATE EMAILS with the schematic information indicated above. We apologize for the inconvenience this may create before your imminent trip but we would be very greateful if you could provide us with the information needed by the deadline mentioned above (September 8th).

3) Insurance The local organizers also remind you that you should have full travel insurance to your trip to the UK.
