The European Association of Japanese Resource Specialists (EAJRS) especially wishes to encourage the participation to its conference of resource specialists and young scholars from institutions with limited financial means or that have seldom or never attended an EAJRS conference.
As Heidelberg is a major tourist center, accommodations are available in all price ranges and for all tastes, especially in the central area of the city (Altstadt) where the conference venue is located. However, it is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation as soon as possible, as September sees an influx of both travelers and conference attendees.
